Our company history

  • 1978
    Founded as a sole proprietorship 'Norbert CLAUS Transporte' with one truck - first contracts as a subcontractor with local transport companies.
  • 1984
    Foundation of CLAUS Spedition GmbH
  • 1985
    After the acquisition of the long-distance transport licence, operation of long-distance and relocation transports, meanwhile with 8 vehicles.
  • 1988
    Founding of the commercial supply of temporary workers in order to hire out drivers to external companies according to legislation. This is integrated as part of the range of services within the transport company.
  • 1989
    Entry into the commercial register in Munich.
  • 1990
    Expansion of the range of services: transport of hazardous goods and materials Class 1, packaging and transport logistics, recycling logistics, trade fair construction, courier trips.

    DIN EN ISO 9002 certification

  • 2010
    Transition of Norbert Claus Transporte into Claus Spedition GmbH – the new sole managing director is Hans Heiler jun.

    Appointment of a second director, Mr Michael Rölle.
